If you want to exchange the ordered item, please give us a short message at info@acquattitude.com using your order number and you preffered exchanges with your order. Once we have received the blazer you wish to exchange, we will contact you. If you receive a blazer that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Blazers should be returned for Exchange in „new“ condition. Returned blazers that are worn, used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer even if they are faulty. We cannot repair and resell not new faulty blazers.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear in our shop as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

FAULTY GOODS

Blazers are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty blazers. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Please note that blazers that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered as faulty blazers.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method and will include shipping costs for faulty blazers.
